Sue Mueller (BM, University of Kansas; MED, Leslie College; Master Class Certificate, University of Memphis) taught K-5 music for the Clark County School District for 25 years until her 2005 appointment as Assistant Professor of Music Education for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is an active presenter for local chapters and conferences for the American Orff-Schulwerk Association and the Music Educators National Conference. Sue has served on the National Board of Trustees for the AOSA as Region II Representative, National Conference Chairperson (2002 conference in Las Vegas), Vice President and President. Sue is the National Conference Chair of the 44th AOSA Professional Development Conference, "Rhythms of the River~Flowing from the Source" to be held in Spokane, Washington Nov. 3-6, 2010. Sue teaches Orff Schulwerk pedagogy at UNLV, Samford University and Boise State. Sue also teaches pedagogy and recorder at Stetson University. |
